The careers education and guidance programme at Communication Specialist College Doncaster seeks to positively support students to gain the education, skills, experience and knowledge to gain meaningful employment, supported employment or voluntary work in their futures.
Students will also have access to impartial careers advice throughout their time at college. This will be arranged on an individual basis and at a time suitable for the student.

The college analyses its offer using the Gatsby Benchmarks and from these creates a yearly action plan to continually improve the Careers offer.
