We have been named the Favourite Day Nursery in the city, for the fourth year running at the recent Doncaster Mumbler Awards.
Little Learners Day Nursery has won this award every year since the awards began in 2019 and staff, parents and children are celebrating this fourth accolade.
The annual awards are voted by parents from across the city.
Natalie Firth, our nursery manager said: “We were speechless on the night! To win this award again, for a fourth year, is amazing.
“To be named as Doncaster’s favourite Day Nursery, voted for by parents across the city is a real recognition for our team who work so hard to provide the best possible provision for the children and families who use our service.”
The Nursery was founded in 2001 and operates as a private, voluntary and independent day care facility within the grounds of Doncaster Deaf Trust. The Nursery has a large practitioner base, managed by a team of Senior Management Practitioners and overseen by a Chief Executive and Board of Governors and Trustees.
Alexis Johnson, chief executive of Doncaster Deaf Trust said: “This is simply amazing for our nursery team, and all involved.
“The whole team works so hard to deliver such a quality service and this is an amazing recognition of that.
“Our nursery offers outstanding provision, and it is fantastic to see parents who use the service care enough to vote for the team year after year.”
Caroline Brooks, from Doncaster Mumbler, said: “It was amazing to bring people together again this year to celebrate the wonderful local businesses that make our lives as parents a little easier. Our finalists were shortlisted through a public vote and we appreciate the thousands of local parents taking the time show their support. Congratulations to Little Learners Day Nursery on their well-deserved award.”
The sponsor of this award was Doncaster Families Information Services.
